1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share, transfer, or allow any other person to access your account under any circumstances. Any activities conducted through your account are presumed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your login credentials.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active nojili account. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. nojili employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other identifying factors.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

nojili accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine banking institutions such as BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank, and other partner banks. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at One Hundred Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits apply based on account verification level and regulatory compliance requirements.

Deposited funds must originate from payment accounts or bank accounts held in your own legal name. 3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be approved at nojili's sole discretion following additional verification procedures.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash withdrawals typically process within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours; bank transfers typically process within one (1) to four (4) hours during banking hours on business days; PayMaya withdrawals typically process within ten (10) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or when additional account verification is required.

nojili reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or other information before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonus funds, free spins, and other promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from twenty (20x) to forty (40x) the bonus amount, varying by promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire thirty (30) days after issuance. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiration result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. 4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage, including chip dumping, sharing card information, or coordinating betting patterns;

Upon determination of a violation, nojili may, at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close your account; void all pending bets and cancel all winnings; forfeit your account balance; reverse fraudulent transactions; report suspected criminal activity to Philippine law enforcement authorities; and pursue legal action for recovery of damages.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

nojili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling may become problematic and lead to financial, personal, or psychological harm. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, NOJILI, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

nojili shall not be liable for: technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or unavailability of the Platform; errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or payout calculations; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; losses resulting from your violation of these Terms; or any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. 9. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver by nojili of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without nojili's prior written consent. nojili may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations to any third party without restriction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nojili regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
